Forbidden Fruit is a thrilling, short-film drama about a timid Catholic girl who becomes inspired by the crucifix to paint a nude self-portrait, and must choose between pursuing her curiosities or keeping the peace with her priest brother. Written, directed, and starring Caro Guzmán.

Inspired by Caro’s personal coming-of-age story, FF challenges the idea that we must forsake our truth to belong and be loved.
